Full Tort Means Protection for You
and Your Family

Nearly every day, we at Davis & Davis meet with people who have been injured in motor vehicle crashes due to no fault of their own.  Oftentimes, we cannot help these people because they have selected Limited Tort Insurance.  They purchased insurance without fully understanding the effect that insurance would have on them if they were injured in a motor vehicle crash.  As such, they gave up their rights the moment they purchased Limited Tort insurance.  We must explain to them that full insurance protection means Full Tort coverage.  And painfully, we must advise them that their decision to purchase less than full insurance protection not only affects them, but their children as well.

We urge you to purchase Full Tort Insurance, and although we hope that you are never the victim of a negligent driver, if you are, you will have a right to be fully compensated.

Either myself or one of the other attorneys at Davis & Davis would be happy to discuss, at no charge, your automobile insurance coverage with you and assist you when purchasing or changing your coverage.

And please feel free to click here if you would like to learn more of the truth about automobile insurance coverage.

Very truly yours,

James T. Davis, Esquire
