| Attorney James Davis Achieves recertification in Civil Trial Law with the NBTA |
The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) is pleased to announce that JAMES T. DAVIS of the law firm, DAVIS & DAVIS has successfully achieved recertification as a civil trial advocate. Mr. Davis has been a NBTA member is good standing for over 10 years. The NBTA was formed out of a strong conviction that both the law profession and its clients would benefit from an organization designed specifically to create an objective set of standards illustrating an attorney's experience and expertise in the practice of trial law.

James T. Davis earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State College, now California University of PA. He is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Davis is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He has been involved in hundreds of litigations in the course of his 39 years of practicing law. He is a member and past president of the Fayette County Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Trial Lawyers of Southwestern
Pennsylvania, American Bar Association, National Board of Trial Advocacy where he is certified in both civil and criminal advocacy.
Approximately three percent of American lawyers are board certified, and Mr. Davis is a member of a very select group who has taken the ti me to prove competence in their specialty area and earn board certification.
